About

Michael Jarvis was born on an air force base and traveled regularly, living as a child in Alabama, Texas, Ohio, Guam, Georgia, and England. He graduated from Florida International University with degrees in Fine Arts and English and lives in Miami. He worked as a freelance location scout and manager on various film projects for many years. 

He is at work on a short story collection and another novel.
